The Human Resources Business Management team works cross-functionally to implement long-term strategic business plans in line with divisional financial goals. The team provides overall operational management and advisory services to Morgan Stanley's HR division globally. This includes the management of departmental budgets and expenses, contingent life-cycle, assessment of processes and procedures and governance of HR vendor relationships.
