The candidate will be responsible for program discovery, which includes gathering requirements as well as planning, organizing, and coordinating the deployment plan of new core network infrastructure. Lastly, the candidate will lead execution and delivery of the program goals, providing reporting and status on program objectives and key performance indicators, and developing and refining program documentation such as methods of procedure, run books, change controls, etc. This role is a hybrid-PMO position which blends aspects of traditional program management with technical project leadership.
This role is an individual contributor role where the ideal candidate will own the installation of project activities within the region for high-impact, multi-year efforts. 10-12 years of technology project management experienceExperience with enterprise-scale networking and/or collaboration programs and migrations with a focus on Cisco networking including WiFi, security, and collaboration productsExperience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center buildsUnderstanding of cabling, corporate services, cable managementProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgradesStrong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow SkillsExperience working with JIRA and working on a KanBan board for task and workflow managementExperience within financial services / consultingNetwork product knowledge:
Cisco routing and switching, including user access switches, datacenter and edge routing, and WiFi infrastructureData Center Builds, Consolidations, DecommissionsCollaboration product knowledge: Cisco CUCM, Jabber, Webex, and Webex Calling a plusTeam Profile: The Large Program Execution team within Enterprise Network Services has a requirement for a contingent/leased worker to assist their global team in the Budapest office. The LPE team focuses on the largest programs with the Enterprise Network Services portfolio.
