About the RoleYou’re the social heartbeat of our brand. You’ll own our social platforms, from strategy and content to community and performance, hitting brand goals with creativity and data. You’ll collaborate tightly with marketing, creative, and customer-facing teams to elevate our digital presence. What You’ll Do: Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. ) for both ongoing content and campaign launches, aligned with marketing objectives. Build and manage a content calendar: ideation, scheduling, and content decks for new launches. Create and curate engaging content:
visuals, captions, video, UGC, working with creative teams and content creators. Lead community management: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in our brand voice; track real-time conversations. Monitor trends and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and resonant. Partner with influencers, ambassadors, and creators to expand reach and authenticity. Track and analyze performance: use analytics and marketing data to optimize content and inform strategy. Work cross-functionally to align tone and messaging across teams. Who You Are: Deeply familiar with beauty, skincare, and culture: social-savvy and trend-aware. Strategic and organized: strong with calendars, campaigns, briefs, and content decks.
Creative yet analytical: you know how to craft scroll-stopping content and measure its impact. Community-driven: you listen, engage, and spark conversations. Collaborative: strong partner to marketing, creativity, customer care, and more. Curious: excited by evolving platforms, trends, tools, and tech. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years social media marketing experience. Beauty industry highly preferred. Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling with a strong understanding of the beauty spaceExperience leading the creation and execution of social media content. Project management skills with ability to multi-task, provide clear feedback, and make timely decisions.
Comfortable creating and being in content on short notice. Highly organized, data-driven and detail-oriented with strong written and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for beauty and social trends. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Skilled with various social media publishing platforms including Dash Hudson and content editing tools like CapCut, Canva, slip. stream, etc. Ability to work across many departments. Travel Requirements: Travel for events (photoshoots, store openings, influencer activations) on a case-by-case basisPhysical Requirements:
