Job DescriptionAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging environment?As a Mortgage Quality Control Analyst within JPMorgan Private Banking, you will support the mortgage business by reviewing loan documents, analyzing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions, prioritize reviews to meet closing deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and process control. Your expertise in mortgage concepts and regulations, along with strong analytical and communication skills, will be critical in protecting the bank from financial and reputational risks while promoting process improvements and effective stakeholder engagement.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and enter loan information into the loan system per current guidelines.Collaborate with Mortgage production and internal teams to resolve exceptions.Identify credit risks and deviations from Production QC guidelines.Prioritize reviews to meet Closing date timelines.Apply expertise in mortgage concepts and US Mortgage Regulations.Understand all stages of the mortgage origination life cycle.Analyze documents such as Title, Insurance, and Appraisal.Manage production, work allocation, prioritization, and exception handling.Consistently meet daily production and turnaround targets.Maintain process accuracy with less than 5% high QA error rate.Escalate issues, exceptions, and procedure gaps to management.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsExcellent analytical skills with an attention to detail, quick grasping, and retention of Mortgage conceptsExcellent Communication Skills Time Management skills, flexibility & adaptability to changesCollaboration and teamworkWillingness to work in US, ASIA & EMEA shiftsException Handling & Subject Matter Expertise, challenges status quoABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
