Loan Associate (Remote – Philippines | Day Shift)About the RoleAs a Loan Associate, you will support our Internal Mortgage Brokers by managing backend loan documentation, data accuracy, compliance, and communication with lenders. This is a non-client-facing remote role that plays a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications for property investors.You will handle the administrative and operational flow of the loan journey—helping drive successful loan approvals and settlements through collaboration and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process loan applications from pre-submission to settlement.Input and verify data within systems such as Infinity, HubSpot, and Apply Online (AOL).Gather and review client documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.Maintain organized and compliant digital files.Submit applications, request valuations, and track property pricing and credit checks.Liaise with lenders to resolve Missing Information Requests (MIRs).Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth handover to the Settlement Team.Collaborate closely with Investment Lending Managers and Settlement Officers.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 3 years experience in Australian home loan processing or lending operationsFamiliarity with Infinity, Apply Online (AOL), HubSpot, and Google WorkspaceStrong understanding of banking documentation, lender policies, and compliance proceduresHigh accuracy in data entry and excellent organizational skillsExperience handling MIRs, valuations, and credit reportsComfortable working remotely with Zoom on throughout the shiftPreferred:Experience with SMSF loans or complex loan structuresBackground in property investment or mortgage brokingBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field--Loan Settlement Officer (Remote – Philippines | Day Shift)About the RoleWe are looking for a Loan Settlement Officer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of loan settlements.
