About the RoleWe are currently seeking skilled and experienced Panel Beaters to join our team in Sydney. Thisopportunity is ideal for candidates looking to continue their career in Australia under anemployer-sponsored Subclass 482 Visa arrangement. You will be working on the repair andrestoration of vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition with a focus on quality and safety.Key Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Remove damaged panels and components and repair or replace them. Realign chassis and body frames using hydraulic equipment. Fill depressions with body fillers and file or sand to smooth surfaces. Fit and weld replacement parts into place. Grind, sand, and polish repaired surfaces. Ensure all repairs are completed to high safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate repair and service documentation.Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience as a Panel Beater (post-qualification). Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent (highly desirable). Extensive hands-on experience with structural and cosmetic repairs. Proficiency in welding, metalwork, and realignment equipment. Attention to detail with strong craftsmanship and finish quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and time management skills.What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with Australian award or market rates. Sponsorship for a Subclass 482 Visa and pathway to permanent residency. Supportive and multicultural work environment. Career growth and upskilling opportunities. Stable, long-term employment with an industry leader.
