We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create engaging,high-impact motion designs for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be proficientin reading, writing and speaking English/Hindi.ResponsibilitiesTaking design briefs to understand requirementsCreate motion snippets to be used for various purposes like in-app showcasing, ads for user acquisition.Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand guidelinesManage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasksPresenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final designSkills/QualificationIn-depth knowledge of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imageryWorking knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Blender or any other tool of the same category (plus)Well versed in the required tools to work with a wide range of design stylesSelf-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environmentDeadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a timeStrong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aestheticsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design fieldCTC - As per market standardsLocation - NoidaWork experience - 1- 4 yrs
