Find out more here https://metacoregames.com/our-craftsResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of the creative process from early ideation, moodboards, sketches and brief to final motion assets and campaign-ready deliverablesTranslating marketing goals and briefs into compelling visual narratives, defining the look, tone, and style of new campaignsContributing to concept development for marketing campaigns and assets, producing high-quality videos, animations, and visuals for various platforms and testing stagesActively exploring and integrating new AI tools and approaches to enhance creative ideation, concept iteration, and workflow efficiencyWorking together with external partners, designers, editors, and internal teams to ensure creative consistency across static and animated formatsCollaborating with UA, Product Marketing, and Game teams to align visuals with broader campaign and product strategiesOptimizing creative performance by iterating on assets based on data-driven insights, audience feedback, and testing resultsGuiding and mentoring other motion designers and artists, and providing creative direction, feedback, and support to elevate the team’s outputDocumenting best practices, establishing creative standards, and helping evolve AI-assisted workflows for future campaignsRequirementsExperience as a Motion Designer, Visual Artist, or equivalent creative role in game industryProven track record of delivering high-quality marketing creatives, from early-stage concept to launch-ready productionProficiency in motion design and editing tools, and solid skills with design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and PhotoshopStrong storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of visual composition, pacing, and narrative flow in digital contentExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and present creative ideas clearlyA passion for mentoring and guiding creative talent, including motion designers, and external partnersDeep knowledge of trends, aesthetics, and audience behaviors in mobile games and online contentComfortable balancing creative experimentation with data-driven optimization in a fast-paced, iterative environmentHighly organized and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learningIn addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some of these as well:Experience with Unity (or equivalent game engine) and gameplay captureSkills in 3D animation, 3D modeling, and renderingWhat We OfferWorkplace where we aim high, without taking ourselves too seriouslyAutonomy and accountability with support to foster professional developmentGreat opportunities to grow with the companyWork-life balance and strong emphasis on wellbeingApproachable leaders with low egoA diverse and inclusive environment where you can be yourselfFlexible hybrid workplace where people enjoy working at the officeBasicsLocation: Helsinki, FinlandRelocation: Relocating to Finland expected, full support providedWork model: Mix of office and remote workWorking language: EnglishOur equal opportunity statementTo entertain hundreds of millions of people for decades, we need diverse teams that understand our diverse audiences.
