The ideal candidate is comfortable creating a high volume of diverse creative content and can also contribute ideas & concepts inspired by value propositions or selling points that catch the audience’s attention.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesContribute to an efficient, high-volume pipeline of User Acquisition (UA) advertising contentWork with the Production Lead, Creative Producers, Performance Marketing Managers and stakeholders to develop video ads that resonate with audiences and meet key performance indicators.Work with the internal creative team and come up with both original ideas and variations on industry trends. Then independently transform those concepts into 10-60s ad creativesIdentify and suggest process improvements or best practices that can help optimize creative pipeline and the overall quality of our workRequired Skills & ExperienceProfessional experience developing and executing video creativesExpert knowledge of Adobe After Effects (including advanced plug-ins like Red Giant and Trapcode) and Adobe PhotoshopExtensive experience utilizing AI tools for video productionAdvanced knowledge of animation principles and a good eye for exciting and creative effectsStrong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative executionsProven exceptional design skills in composition, color theory, typography and visual hierarchy. A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
