COLLEGE GRAD (ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION) OR ANY FIELD REQUIREDOPEN FOR FRESH GRADSKNOWLEDGABLE IN USING MS OFFICES (WORD, EXCEL,PPT)NEAR PASIG SHAW AREATasks And ResponsibilitiesClaims Processing and AdministrationInitial Claims Handling: Accurately handle the initial notification of motor claims, entering all necessary details into the claims management system in a timely manner.Documentation Review: Review and validate claims forms, ensuring all required information and documentation is provided, including police reports, repair estimates, and accident photos.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities and correspondence within the claims management system.Filing: Ensure proper organization, filing, and retrieval of all claims documents and supporting materials.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Claims Manager regarding claims trends, performance metrics, and workflow updates.Customer Service and CommunicationPrimary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants, providing clear and timely information regarding their claim status, the claims process, and next steps.Inquiry Management: Respond to claimant and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally, resolving issues or escalating complex matters as necessary.Third-Party Liaison: Liaise effectively with third-party service providers, such as repair shops, investigators, and rental companies, to coordinate services and expedite the overall claims process.Claims Assessment SupportInformation Gathering: Assist claims handlers by proactively obtaining all necessary documents and information required to accurately evaluate claim validity and liability.Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on missing or incomplete information or documentation from claimants or third parties, ensuring timely claims resolution and preventing unnecessary delays.Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, including Underwriting and Legal, to facilitate a comprehensive and smooth claims assessment process.
