About the Role Working as part of the broader Quality team, the QA Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring standards are upheld across the entire site. You’ll be supporting food safety initiatives, hygiene inspections, internal auditing, and quality reporting. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, reporting to the QA Manager and requiring strong coordination with production and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring of raw materials, processes, finished products, and product deliveryOversight of plant hygiene, personal hygiene, and food safety complianceConducting internal audits on documented systemsSupporting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement projectsCommunicating with production teams to resolve issues and uphold product integrity This is a full-time, salaried role with a day-shift roster (starting between 4: 00am–6: 00am, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays). About YouYou are a quality-driven professional with a strong grasp of compliance systems and a practical understanding of production environments.
You thrive in early-start roles and enjoy collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
