THE OPPORTUNITYAs Mover’s Fleet Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing fleet team that makes reliable, high-quality delivery experiences possible for our customers. You’ll own everything fleet-related – from long-term strategy to hands-on daily operations. THE JOBYour responsibilities will include:

Lead and develop our team of Fleet Operations SpecialistsBuild strong relationships with drivers and contractorsManage negotiation and contract processes contractorsContinuously optimize our delivery model with a focus on quality, cost, and complianceAct as a trusted sparring partner for Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersInteract with clients and key partners to ensure operational excellenceABOUT YOUWe’re looking for a hands-on and structured leader with a strong background in logistic, contractor and/or fleet management. You know how to turn strategy into action, and you’re not afraid to raise the bar when it comes to operational excellence.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring clarity, motivation, and momentum to those around you. To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits: Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing logistics or fleet operations, with the ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding performance. Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a sharp commercial mindset that drives both growth and efficiency. Financial Understanding: Solid grasp of key financial levers such as gross margin and sourcing impact to support data-driven decision making. Operational Excellence:

Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and driving change across functions. Communication & Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Danish and English, enabling effective communication at all levels. Analytical & Structured Thinking: Data-oriented decision-maker who structures complex information and finds practical solutions. Professional & Assertive: Sets clear expectations, follows through with integrity, and ensures accountability in a collaborative way.
