Frontend Developer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced front-end developer to join our growing team at Moxso. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our product and bring new features to life through a modern and scalable tech stack. We value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration over rigid processes. We believe in clear communication, short feedback loops, and the freedom to run with good ideas - without needing three meetings and a slide deck to get started.

Who are you?You have several years of experience working with front-end development and care deeply about building clean, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces. Whether you're formally trained or self-taught, what matters most is your drive to learn and your ability to ship great work. You enjoy working closely with others — backend developers, product owners, and customer support — to solve real problems for real people. You know when to sweat the details and when to keep it simple. If you’ve got a keen eye for design or enjoy mentoring others, that’s a big plus.

Product understandingWe expect you to care about the end user and understand how the interface impacts the overall product experience. Your input matters — not just in code, but in shaping the product. You’ll help us decide what to build, how to build it, and why it matters. You’ll be working in a mono-repo that powers multiple apps: An admin dashboard for IT teamsA learning hub for end-usersA partner portalWe use tools like Linear, GitHub, CI/CD, and Sentry to keep our workflow smooth and our codebase healthy.
