Built things? Shipped things?Thought strategically but also rewrote the headline last minute? Keep reading. If you’re reading this, you’re probably not a “typical” product marketer. You’re the one who sits somewhere between strategy and execution. Between brand and product. Between the beautiful and the functional. You know when to write with punch and concept. You know when to be clear, dry, and direct. And most importantly you’ve shipped things. Real things. ⸻We’re Moxso. We’re building a new kind of cybersecurity training company. Our product runs on AI.
It’s made for modern threats. And it actually respects the people using it. Marketing is new here. We’re building it from the ground up with the ambition and clarity to do it right. We’ve already assembled a sharp team: Senior brand and motion designer. Two strong comms specialists. And I’m the Head of Marketing with a background in brand, advertising, growth, and strategy. Now we need you. To help us shape how this function works, not just how it looks from the outside.
To connect product, brand, and sales, and make sure our story lands where it matters. ⸻This role is for you if you: • Write like a human. Think like a strategist. Build like an operator. • Know when to use a clever metaphor and when to write it dry• Have an eye for design, even if you’re not the one pushing pixels• Get frustrated with old-school B2B playbooks and want to do better• See experience as the whole journey: perception, interaction, onboarding• Have launched real SaaS or tech products and know what it takes⸻In this role, you’ll:
• Shape how Moxso is perceived. Define the narrative, language, and market positioning from strategic story to sharp value messaging• Turn what we have into something launch-readyOur product is strong, now we need someone to shape how it’s packaged, framed, and introduced to the world. • Arm Sales with what actually worksTurn our positioning into decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and whatever else they need — online or offline — to close the deal.
• Write and refine messaging with the teamFrom emotional, conceptual copy to clear, functional explanations and know when to use which• Own our go-to-market engineBuilding the repeatable systems that connect product, brand, and sales without turning it into bureaucracy• Collaborate with brand and designTo make sure we don’t just say the right things, but also look and feel like we mean them⸻What you’ll not be doing:
• Managing a roadmap from a Notion doc without touching the work• Rewording “best-in-class” to sound more “next-gen”• Creating frameworks no one uses• Waiting three weeks to get sign-off on a launch plan• Filling in the same persona template for the 12th time⸻Location: This role is based in Denmark - ideally in or around Copenhagen. We believe great work happens faster when smart people can collaborate closely. Since we’re building marketing from the ground up, we’re prioritizing in-person time -whiteboards, spontaneous ideas, the kind of stuff that’s hard to replicate over Zoom.
You don’t need to be in the office every day, but you do need to be here. ⸻How to apply and what we’re looking for: Show us what you actually made: • A campaign that moved the needle• A rewrite that changed the story• A deck Sales still uses• Something customers felt• Anything real and tangible and not just “built the messaging framework” or “led the GTM strategy”Also send us: • A few lines on why this role, why now• Your LinkedIn or CV — format doesn’t matter, the work does⸻Timing:
We’ll review all applications in early August. Thanks for your patience. And for taking the time to show us what you’ve built. We’re looking forward to it.
