Reporting directly to the CFO, you act as a strategic financial partner to both business line managers and project teams, bridging the gap between finance and operations.

You ensure that the financial reality of ongoing and upcoming projects is transparent, accurate and actionable. You’re not just reporting the numbers — you help drive them.

Your Key Responsibilities? Project & Business ControllingLead end-to-end financial follow-up of complex, high-impact projectsBuild robust project budgets and monitor margin evolutions and variancesEnsure financial data drives timely decisions in project execution? Performance Analysis & ReportingTranslate operational and commercial data into clear financial dashboardsMonitor key financial KPIs at project and business line levelAnalyse trends and advise on performance improvements? Financial Business PartneringChallenge and support project managers, operations and leadershipActively contribute to resource allocation, investment decisions and risk assessmentsAct as sparring partner in a multidisciplinary environment with short decision lines?? You have a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Engineering? You bring 5+ years of experience in business/project controlling in a technical or industrial setting?
