Job Description: Coordinate and communicate effectively with both Malaysia and China procurement teams on operational mattersCollaborate with country partners to ensure alignment in procurement practices and timelinesWork closely with the purchasing department to provide administrative and process support to all purchasersAssist in documentation and follow-ups related to procurement activitiesSupport in resolving any coordination issues between departmentsPerform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior to support procurement operationsRequirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldsMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration or coordination roles, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environmentProficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with China counterparts)Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders across countriesDetail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantageProactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionCollaborative mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional teams
