Project Manager, Corporate Strategy

Mr. DIY Thailand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage various cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to deliver results. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and ManagementDevelop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and performance. Facilitate transparent and effective communication among teams, management, and external partners. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges, and resolutions. Team LeadershipLead and motivate project teams to deliver high-performance results. Assign tasks and monitor team members’ progress to ensure efficient workflow. Foster a collaborative, proactive, and positive team culture. Risk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors and implement contingency plans as needed. Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and standards. Quality AssuranceMaintain high standards for project deliverables and outcomes.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and quality. Promote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completionExceptional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
