MRO Technician

We are seeking highly skilled and versatile MRO Technicians to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves performing on-wing and off-wing maintenance, repairs, and assembly/disassembly for a diverse range of wide- and narrow-body aircraft engines. The initial deployment will be in the UAE, supporting GE engine platforms.ResponsibilitiesPerform heavy and line maintenance operations on GE engines, including: G90 (B777)GEnx-1B (B787)LEAP-1A & LEAP-1BCFM56Conduct module-level repairs (fan, compressor, turbine sections) and hot section inspections in compliance with GCAA/EASA standards.Execute assembly/disassembly tasks for engines and related components.Support quick-turn maintenance activities to minimize aircraft downtime.Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance actions.Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams for timely part availability.Participate in on-site interventions across the Middle East region.Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (mandatory for visa eligibility).Licensing: B1 license preferred (B1 scope only), but not strictly required.Experience: Minimum 4 years in MRO operations for Aircraft Engine Maintenance.Hands-on experience with multiple GE engine types listed above; general familiarization training provided if needed.Ability to perform both aircraft and engine tasks; high adaptability and technical versatility.Familiarity with GCAA and EASA regulations.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
