Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the needs of our customers and support national digital growth.Role OverviewThe MRP Controller is responsible for end-to-end material requirements planning and SAP Material Master Data governance. The role ensures accurate planning, timely availability of materials, and reliable inventory information for assigned material groups and locations. Acting as both the MRP Controller and the process owner for SAP Material Master Data, the position monitors, executes, and optimizes MRP processes while maintaining inventory and master data integrity.Key Responsibilities1. Material Planning & MRP ExecutionMonitor and execute MRP runs in SAP for assigned material groups and locations.Review MRP outputs (planned orders, purchase requisitions, exception messages) and align supply with demand.Analyze demand forecasts, consumption patterns, safety stock, and lead times to avoid stock-outs or overstock.Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve material shortages or delivery delays.Escalate critical supply risks and recommend mitigating actions.2. Inventory Planning Parameters & MRP Policy MaintenanceDefine, maintain, and review MRP planning parameters (MRP type, lot size, safety stock, reorder point, planning time fence).Adjust planning parameters based on demand, supplier performance, lead times, and business priorities.Conduct periodic “health checks” to identify inconsistent or outdated data.Support optimization projects to reduce slow-moving materials and improve inventory levels.3. SAP Material Master Data GovernanceAct as the owner for Material Master Data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Create, update, and maintain material master records and location-specific data.Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate corrections with requesting units.Maintain master data trackers and monthly reports on material status; manage deactivation or cleanup processes as needed.4. Data Integrity, Controls & Continuous ImprovementImplement and enforce controls for MRP and master data changes (approval workflows, segregation of duties).Investigate recurring planning or data issues and recommend preventive actions.Support audits related to MRP, inventory planning, and master data.Lead small improvement initiatives to automate monitoring, master data checks, and reporting.Provide training and guidance to end-users on correct usage of MRP and master data.5. SCM Scorecard & ReportingOwn the end-to-end process for the SCM Scorecard for inventory-related KPIs.Extract data from SAP and other systems; calculate KPIs (DIO, ageing buckets, stock-out rate, inventory accuracy, service levels).Validate data quality, analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Publish and distribute SCM scorecards on agreed schedules and maintain documentation of KPI definitions and computation logic.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in inventory management, MRP, or supply chain planning, preferably with hands-on SAP experience.Experience with SAP ERP modules (MM, PP, MRP) and understanding of master data governance.Strong knowledge of inventory control, material planning, procurement processes, and end-to-end supply chain flows.Awareness of impacts of material availability, inventory accuracy, and master data quality on service levels, cost, and financial reporting.Understanding of controls and governance requirements related to MRP, inventory, and master data management.📧 To apply, send your CV to: people.careers@convergeict.com
