If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionIncident and Issue Management• Monitor production environments for any application or integration issues.• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ticketing system (e.g.Jira).• Perform initial diagnosis and resolution of functional or technical issues.• Coordinate with development or infrastructure teams for escalated issues.• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines for ticket resolution. Preventive and Continues Improvement – Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recurring incidents Reporting and communication – Provide daily/ weekly reports on open tickets/ SLA performance and key issues
