MS Power Platform - Technical Consultant

Müller's Solutions is in search of a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Technical Consultant with a strong background in automation. As part of our vibrant team in the UAE, you will provide innovative solutions for both local and regional clients, facilitating digital transformation through low-code platforms. This position entails designing and implementing Power Platform solutions that integrate with Dynamics 365, retail systems, and external APIs, with an emphasis on enhancing efficiency in customer operations.Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with security and governance standardsDesign and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)Power Automate (Cloud Flows & RPA Desktop Flows) Power Pages AI Builder & Copilot StudioIntegrate Power Platform apps with POS systems and Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail via: Data verseCustom Connectors REST APIs / ODataCollaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solution designs and documentationConfigure environment strategy, ALM pipelines, and security roles using best practices for governance and maintainabilityAutomate retail operations such as stock reconciliations, sales reporting, loyalty workflows, and customer service alerts. Support integration with retail peripherals and POS add-ons (barcode scanners, printers, car readers) where applicableTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments and provide Level 2/3 support post- deploymentStay updated with Microsoft's roadmap and local market needs to continually innovate client offeringsRequirements5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages,AI Builder, RPA)Practical experience integrating POS systems and retail data into Power Platform and Dynamics365 environments is a plus Strong proficiency in: Data verse data modelling and security API integrationsPower Apps component framework (PCF) is a plusExperience with solution architecture design and enforcing Power Platform governance frameworksDemonstrated ability to deploy secure and scalable Power Pages portals for B2B or B2C usageFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) to complement Power Platform integrationsStrong understanding of POS systems and retail operations within the Egyptian or MENA marketComfortable working with cross-border teams and engaging with regional clients in English and ArabicNice to have skills: Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) or LS Retail POS platforms Power BI development skills for retail dashboards and insights Experience with DevOps pipelines and ALM for Power PlatformSoft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with remote/global teams Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to stay updated with new technologies Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
