Mantell Associates is partnered with a global leader in the development and manufacturing of generic and biosimilar medicines, who is searching for an MS&T Senior Expert.You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical operations within the Manufacturing Science & Technology department. You will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and efficiency of manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical leadership across various projects.MS&T Senior Expert - Responsibilities:Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standardsProvide expert guidance on complex technical issues, offering solutions that enhance process performance and product qualityWork closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth technology transfers and resolve technical challengesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing operationsEnsure all activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant regulatory requirementsMentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.MS&T Senior Expert - Requirements:Proven experience in MS&T or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong background in process optimization and technical leadershipBachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project managementIn-depth understanding of cGMP, process validation, and regulatory requirementsFluency in English; proficiency in Slovenian is a plusMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Science headhunting firm.
