Sending Drafts to shippers for checking of any corrections / amendments if required. Liaise & Coordinate with the vendors, terminals, port, customs authorities for retrieving of reports. Coordinate with the terminal operator, stevedore for Terminal Receipts and updating same in manifest. Reconcile between BKG vs SI with the help of Load list, booking sheet etc. at the end of the day before vessel finalization to ensure that all ESI has been manifested.
To independently resolve customer / counterpart office colleagues / principal office’s queries in respect to their specific assigned tasks. To actively participate in training peers in their areas of functions to broaden cross functionality as well as create backups. KSA & Skill Requirement: Shipping knowledge is a mustWriting and speaking skills and creative skills and multitaskingPerform under pressure. Handle typical customers efficiently. Work as per global deadlines. Experience & Qualification: Graduation preferably Master’s2-3 years of relevant experience with shipping background.
