About the RoleWe seek a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both physical and digital formats. Reconciliation: Perform per diem, credit card, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, including deduction payments. Compliance & Tax: Support timely payment of taxes and preparation/filing of returns in line with regulatory requirements. Administrative Finance Tasks:
Manage petty cash reconciliation and perform other assigned administrative duties. Vendor & Client Communication: Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to provide payment updates. Transaction Processing: Handle invoice preparation, payment processing, filing, and preparation of payment vouchers (PVs). Key Skills Accounting and Financial Record Keeping Tally ERP and Excel Proficiency Reconciliation (Bank, Credit Cards, Petty Cash) Attention to Detail and Accuracy Communication and Coordination Skills Requirements Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
