Job DescriptionAre you passionate about making a difference in oncology? Do you have a proven track record in brand and customer management within the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand & Customer Manager to lead our Women’s Cancers portfolio in Slovakia. About The RoleAs the Brand and Customer Manager Oncology, you will be the driving force behind our therapeutic area, inspiring both internal and external stakeholders with your vision and expertise.

You will be responsible for the revenue and promotional budget for the country portfolio, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring the successful execution of brand strategies and tactical plans.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect customer insights in the field and conduct market analysis to understand the landscape, customers, and competitorsLead cross-functional projects in the women’s cancers therapeutic areaDevelop and execute brand strategy based on organizational and market insightsCreate and implement tactical plans and customer solutions, including digital marketing initiativesSet and deliver on KPIs, ensuring accurate budget managementMonitor sales performance and track expenses in line with budgetDeliver impactful brand communication assets and solutions to all key customers and stakeholders, utilizing both face-to-face and digital channelsSupport product access in the market through close collaboration with Market Access, Medical Department, Key Account Managers, and other relevant teams.

Key Result Areas Align local strategy with cluster and regional teams, adapting brand plans to local needsEngage and inspire internal stakeholders, leading brand team meetings and supporting the sales forceRoll out customer solutions and tools, acting as the in-country point of contact for marketing stakeholdersCollaborate with Medical Affairs, KAMs, and account leads to drive brand successIdentify opportunities for brand growth and profitability, optimizing resource allocation and monitoring performanceAdjust brand value propositions and customer solutions based on feedback and results.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience3–5 years in a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) or similar role, ideally within oncology or women’s healthStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProven success in developing and executing brand strategies, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaborationPassionate, open-minded, innovative, and results-oriented, with a commitment to making a difference in patients’ lives.
