As a fast-growing company, we offer a collaborative and flexible environment where curious minds thrive, ownership is encouraged, and your work directly contributes to improving patient outcomes.What You Will Be DoingIdentify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders regarding disease-state and product-specific information within assigned geographyProvide scientific exchange and communication of FDA approved and pipeline productsServe as primary liaison with investigators interested in developing and conducting investigator-initiated researchDocument and forward reports of adverse events according to the internal policy to ensure safe and effective use of the company's productsAttend and serve at scientific lead at regional and national congress meetings and provide support for Medical Affairs activities and scientific sessionsGenerate and routinely communicate medical insightsStays current on market issues/trends and product knowledge in therapeutic areas that are relevant to company's business.Ability to develop/maintain an effective professional networkWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious MSL experience required (minimum of 5 years5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industryAdvanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, DNP) – preferredProven track record of success Demonstrated leadership experience and execution (project management, workstream leadership, etc.) Experience making scientific presentations Neuropsych (especially ADHD) experience – strongly preferredWhat We OfferA collaborative, international work environment with highly skilled professionalsA comprehensive training program covering the US healthcare system and productsIndustry-leading compensation and benefitsAnnual bonus schemeAmple space for personal and professional development, opportunities within the USHands-on use and development of AI toolsThis role is based in our Athens office and operates in a hybrid model.
