This role serves as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders—ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success. The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Job DescriptionTrain, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success.Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering a high-quality experience to all stakeholders.Utilize and provide training on MSP tools such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass, and applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Support reporting, analytics, and client-specific initiatives as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field.3–5 years of experience in recruiting, MSP operations, or contingent workforce management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar).Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.Proven success in a client-facing, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment.Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a solution-driven mindset.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.Why Join Pinnacle GroupAt Pinnacle, you’ll play a vital role in advancing workforce solutions that power some of the world’s leading organizations.
