This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless program execution, compliance, and service delivery by managing data accuracy, workforce documentation, and process coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionConduct regular audits within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with client and internal standards.Manage documentation, validation, and tracking of client requirements to support efficient and accurate staffing processes.Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) procedures, identifying discrepancies and driving timely corrective actions.Coordinate worker profiles, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations, to maintain alignment with client workforce needs.Manage updates to work orders and staffing assignments to ensure accuracy and compliance within the VMS.Track and report on key program metrics such as resource utilization, requisition cycle times, and task completion.Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues and align program goals.Collaborate on transitioning staffing assignments into Statements of Work (SOW) for greater program integration.Provide operational support during high-volume periods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in MSP coordination, staffing operations, or workforce management preferred.Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data handling and documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic, evolving business environment.Why Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative organization committed to empowering both clients and employees to reach new heights.
