This role is responsible for building strong relationships with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams while driving continuous improvement in program operations. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for program governance, QBRs, and strategic reporting.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day MSP program operations, ensuring adherence to service levels and client expectations.Manage client relationships through regular reviews, performance updates, and executive-level presentations.Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance metrics, trends, and improvement plans.Monitor and analyze program KPIs to identify efficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.Oversee supplier performance, compliance, and engagement to maintain program quality.Partner with procurement, HR, and business units to align contingent workforce strategies with client objectives.Lead issue resolution and escalation management across multiple stakeholders.Drive continuous process improvement and innovation within the MSP framework.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.6+ years of experience in MSP or contingent workforce program management.Strong understanding of VMS tools (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar).Proven ability to interpret and present data-driven insights to executive audiences.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated leadership in supplier performance management and governance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.Why Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you’ll lead programs that shape the future of workforce management.
