Company mainly works with delivery of natural gas and LNG stations and terminals, also builds interconnecting pipelines between EU countries. MT Group has also successfully transformed its activities to sustainable energy sources such as wind power, hydrogen, biogas & carbon capture technologies. Furthermore, Company is actively working in development of offshore wind parks in the Baltic sea. We are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Health and Safety Specialist to join our team and contribute to major energy infrastructure projects across Lithuania and Europe.

If you're ready for an exciting and dynamic role in an international environment, apply now and become part of our success!"YOUR ROLE AND DUTIES: Prepare and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentationSupervise activities on-site to ensure compliance with HSE standardsIdentify and manage unsafe situations, issue HSE reportsEnsure workers have the necessary protective equipmentCommunicate with the client and project teamsSuggest ways to improve workplace safetyWE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

A valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) specialist certificateFluent English skills (at least B2 level); knowledge of additional foreign languages (Russian is a strong advantage)Previous experience in HSE supervision within construction, manufacturing, or design sectors(an advantage)Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environmentWillingness and flexibility for business trips. Knowledge of Lithuanian occupational health and safety legislation; familiarity with international HSE standards is an advantageA positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow professionallyWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
