JOB DESCRIPTION :Controlling daily restaurant operationsSupervise all restaurant activity, both service and kitchen operationalPrepare a schedule for the crew and conduct a daily briefingHandle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments REQUIREMENTS :Minimum SMK or more preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalentMinimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor from a reputable RestaurantGood leadership & well groomedGood communication skills & customer service orientedWilling to be placed in BatamTraining Jakarta (2 Months)
