👨‍💻 MTO (Sales & Marketing) 🎫 Job Type: Full Time (Field-Based) 💎 Experience Required: At least 02 Years (IT/Software) ✨ Freshers are encouraged to Apply ✨ 📍 Job Location: Dhaka and Chittagong. ✨ Vacancy: 05 ✅ Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated MTO (Sales & Marketing) to join our dynamic team who can identify client needs and sell appropriate software solutions by demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities: -Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software sector -Daily market visits, prospected both independently and through the company database, and properly identified client needs. -Build & manage sales pipeline (lead gen, outreach, follow-ups) -Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and sales targets. -Meet KPIs: demos, conversions, closures, targets -Work with technical teams on proposals, demos & presentations. -To meet the Yearly Target of Sales and collections. -Execute any other activities assigned by the Management. ✅ Requirements: ⦁ Graduation in Any Discipline. ⦁ Knowledge of software products & tech solutions ⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills & interpersonal skills. ⦁ Able to manage full sales cycle (lead to close) ⦁ Strong understanding of Software products and services. ⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ⦁ Proactive, self-motivated sales approach 💰 Salary: Negotiable with rewarding commission package 🎁 Compensation & Other Benefits: 💎 Competitive salary with commission structure. 💎 Travel Allowance (T/A) & Mobile Bill Allowance. ⏰ Office Time: 10 AM to 7 PM. 🏖️ Weekend: Friday 📧 How to Apply: If you are interested, please send your CV to: career@orangetoolz.com Subject Line: MTO (Sales & Marketing).
