ResponsibilitiesPerform station duties including station crowd control and platform supervision, station inspection and train service recoveryOperate Customer Service Centres and handle matters in relation to the Automatic Fare Collection system and equipmentProvide world-class customer services in accordance with service targets and standardsRequirementsGrade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English LanguageGood command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantageCustomer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skillsRemarksRequired to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$22,700 (including the shift duty related allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowancesThe above position offers a Joining Bonus of HK$12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme(*subject to actual shift duties performed)Applications You are invited to apply online via http:
