Duties and Responsibilities1st and 2nd level support via the ticketing systemIndependent problem analysis and troubleshootingImplementation of IT projects and Group specificationsInstallation, commissioning and maintenance of clients and mobile devicesSupport with the configuration and administration of the network infrastructureCreation of documentation, instructions or evaluationsCommunication with internal or external contactsSupport with procurement and repairsYour profileCompleted IT training (apprenticeship/technical college or similar)Basic technical understanding, time flexibility and commitmentGood knowledge of Microsoft products and other common softwareHigh service orientationIndependent and goal-oriented way of workingEnjoy working in a team with a willingness to develop personallyLanguage skills:
