Hired person will support for promoting a range of MUFG products and services to various customers, including but not limited to corporate customers located locally and globally. And the person will also support for assessing, monitoring and communicating credit risk profile of Seoul Branch’s Global Corporate clientsWhat you will be doing:
Support the development of the department's strategy by identifying new revenue opportunities, building customer relationship aligned to the Bank's direction/visionBuild global business plan for appropriate promotion of businesses and comprehensive limit allocationSupport the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet revenue and profit targets for the departmentDevelop business opportunities in consideration of ROE and profit targets on top of complying with necessary internal measures (i. e. LD Gap, liquidity control, and etc.
)Lead and support team to build effective relationship with key customers to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiencesBe sensible in controlling customer expectations and guide the team to consider appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors, anticipating the company’s performance and market circumstances in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externallyWork in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with dealsCollect information from various sources, including customer financial statements, company accounts, borrower ratings, and sector data, to support deal assessments.
Assess customer and industry risk, as well as asset evaluation and cash flow, to ensure feasibility of projection through detailed modeling and conduct regular monitoringWork in partnership with Product Offices’ from MUFG and affiliates to support in leveraging their products for deals and to maintain relationship for future business opportunitiesVisit local and overseas customers when required, to represent the business to resolve complex issues and maintain & enhance relationshipVisit local customers on a regular basis in order to proactively manage customer relationship and responsibly handle issues besides pursuing potential business opportunitiesCollect information from various sources including but not limited to customer’s financial statements, company accounts and sector data to support in assessing the deal and reportingPrepare and review presentation materials, and make adequate report to stakeholders involved both internally and externallyStructure optimal financial solutions that will deliver extraordinary customer experiences and mitigate risk for the BankPrepare and review deal proposals and credit applications to ensure that pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal are aligned to the Bank’s business strategy, deliver extraordinary customer experiences and mitigate risk for the BankSupport in managing the risk profile of the department's portfolio by contributing to customer deal pipeline and account planning discussions in order to select creditworthy customersSupport new initiatives and participate in relevant committees regionally as well as globallyMaintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulationsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and limits, and adhere to all company policies / guidelinesWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 5 years of experiences in Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit departmentDiverse product knowledge for corporate financingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of credit risk management, financial analysis, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication skills both in verbal and written EnglishInterpersonal and client relationship building skillsAbility to work collaboratively with various departmentsWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
