Requirements Higher education (technical); 3+ years of work experience (in IT in the field of IP telephony and network solutions); Understanding the topology of building local networks and VoIP; Experience in installing the following equipment:
switches, IP phones, IP PBX, FXO+FXS gateways, WI-FI, video and audio conferencing systems Solution protection at the customer site; Conducting training on working with products and solutions for partners; Solving technical problems in setting up equipment at the customer site; Writing technical descriptions, requirements for solutions and products; Calculations of technical solutions and specifications; Preparation of technical specifications for tender documentation; Experience with VoIP equipment from one or more manufacturers: Grandstream, Yealink, Cisco, Siemens, Panasonic, Yeastar, Fanvil, Dinstar, Ubiquiti.
Responsibilities Providing technical consulting on current projects; Conducting testing and demonstrations for partners and customers, as well as building pilot projects; Creating technical specifications according to customer requirements with subsequent justification; Conducting reports and presentations; Training partners and customers; Assistance in installing sold equipment; Passing certification to support statuses. Analysis of technical capabilities of competitive equipment RMA.
