The Role:
o Creation, publishing and maintenance of all Mulberry. com homepages and landing pages with regional variances as applicable. o Assisting the Content Manager in managing the visual content for Mulberry online presence with a view to maximising sales, customized by country/region/customer where applicableo Management of ecommerce product page imagery including uploading and review. o Build and publish digital store and Mulberry World brand storytelling content.
o Support the Content Manager to ensure Mulberry digital experience is consistent, on brand and in line with wider strategic business needso We support hybrid working and require 3 days in the officeDuties & Responsibilities: Day to day management of Mulberry. com including: o Briefing the Image Team for content assets in sufficient time for achieving planned homepage changes and content changeovers. o Maintaining site navigation to reflect key campaign launches and trade timingso Creating and updating content pages found on our navigation, including: Customer Services; About Mulberry; Made To Last; Terms & Conditions.
o Build and apply âeditorial modulesâ on PDPs to support the customer journey and brand storytellingo Creation and maintenance of Mulberry World journal area including seasonal content, brand storytelling articles, brand collaboration stories. o Store locator â creating and maintaining stores, updating hours/departments as needed. Supports the Content Manager with the following tasks: o Executing the Mulberry. com global digital visual strategy. o Rollout of regional visual strategy of home pages, landing pages and category banners by week, ensuring coordination with wider Trading and Marketing calendars.
o Ensuring homepage plans support commercial requirementso Analysing content performance to gather insights and provide recommendations where applicableo Working with Digital Marketing Teams and attending creative meetings to ensure key marketing events are included in home page planso Corresponding with international Regional Teams to ensure variations and priorities are accommodated including product deliveries, ranging and tradeManagement of the product ecommerce imagery: o Ensure new season product images shot by our Image Team are coded correctly and uploaded to Mulberry. com, identify further photography required/missing. o Manage product imagery requests and maintenance of outstanding âto be shotâ products.
o Working with the Digital Trading Team with priority lists for Photo Studio focus. o Working with our Buying & Merchandising Team to arrange for âto be shotâ product to be requested from the warehouse for ecommerce and campaign shoots. o Working with our Brand Image Team to ensure Mulberry. com presents accurate product representations, and all desired imagery in sufficient time to ensure readiness for drop schedules. o Support the Photo Studio with tracking.
o Ensure all new season products coming online have all the required content for online publishing in all territories and are correctly formatted for both Mulberry. com and third parties. o Product page and listing page visual support. Other activities: o Support the understanding and improvements of all elements of the web journey and user experience. o Behavioural aspect of Mulberry. com (travel paths of different customer groups) and proposition of what could be presented. o Manage or assist with ad-hoc projects that arise within the Digital Team.
