Our engineers are vital to the innovation and digitalization of BMW Group's driving machines, production, sales and banking processes, and you could be part of our evolving teams.What awaits youJoin a dynamic, collaborative feature development team, where your contributions will directly impact enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives Take ownership of designing and optimizing APIs that enable seamless communication between diverse systems and applications Solve complex integration problems by building robust, scalable, and secure interfaces that bridge legacy and modern technologies Implement comprehensive testing, logging, and monitoring strategies to ensure the reliability, observability, and performance of your integrations Work in a modern Agile environment, engaging in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative delivery focused on meaningful business outcomes Create and maintain clear, high-quality documentation to support long-term system sustainability and knowledge transfer Be part of a team culture that emphasizes technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning, where collaboration and innovation are core values What should you bring alongUniversity Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a developer on Agile projects, including active participation in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative delivery Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API led connectivity, RAML, and DataWeave transformations Valid MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) certification; additional certifications (e.g., Integration Architect) are a strong plus Strong understanding of MuleSoft architecture, connectors, scopes, error handling strategies, and deployment models (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric) Experience developing and securing RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, and best practices in API governance Proficiency in JSON, XML, CSV, and working with various data transformation and validation techniques Familiarity with common enterprise integration patterns (EIPs), message queuing (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ), and backend systems (e.g., Salesforce) Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Git, Maven, and experience deploying Mule applications in automated environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Excellent English verbal and written skills What do we offer?Challenging projects with which we are shaping the mobility of tomorrow Great team spirit within an international team State-of-the-art global IT landscape and processes 100% implementation of the Agile Working Model methodology Wide range of personal & professional development opportunities High level of job security Work-Life-Balance and flexible working hours Attractive and performance-related remuneration Dynamic and highly-motivating work environmentAre you excited by new technologies and an innovative environment?
