You’ll shape our brand across campaigns, listings, social media, presentations, and client projects—working closely with marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand work.What you’ll doTurn ideas into concepts, style frames, and final assets for web, social, print, and presentationsDesign brand elements (logos, identity systems, templates) and marketing materials (carousels, brochures, flyers, pitch decks)Edit short-form videos (property tours, social ads, explainers, testimonials) optimised for Reels/TikTok/YouTube ShortsMaintain brand consistency across touchpoints and build reusable design/video librariesCollaborate with the team to plan content calendars and improve creative performanceMust-havesStrong graphic design fundamentals: layout, colour, hierarchy, and excellent typographyProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus)Video editing proficiency (minimum): CapCut (or similar) — comfortable with cuts, pacing, text overlays, transitions, simple colour/audio tweaks, and exports for multiple formatsA portfolio that shows range (branding + marketing + short-form video)Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to hit deadlines on-siteNice-to-haveExperience creating social-first assets for Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTubeFamiliarity with property/real-estate visuals and storytellingLocation: Lagos (on-site, full-time)How to apply: Send your CV and portfolio (including at least 3 design pieces and 2 short-form videos) to [hr@apglafrica.com] with subject: “Application for Position of Multimedia Designer (Graphics & Video) at APGL Africa.”
