Someone who’s passionate about design, social media, and crafting engaging visuals for various client brands.Position: Multimedia Designer (Social Media and Branding Focus)Location: Willing to move to Bali and Hybrid WorkingWhat You’ll DoCreate and develop visual and motion content for multiple client brands across social media and digital platforms.Design social media posts, campaign visuals, and digital marketing materials.Produce and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and reels for social media.Capture simple photo and video content using a phone camera for social media purposes.Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and account teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.Stay current with design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.What We’re Looking ForAdvanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Fields (Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related).Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia works, including social media designs and short videos.Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Capcut.Ability to operate a phone camera for basic photography and videography.Keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail.Understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.A collaborative mindset and a keen eye for digital trends.Excellent communication skills with internal and external partiesExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa IndonesiaIs a team-player and possesses a positive attitude towards learningHas a strong work ethic and is goal-orientedIs committed to building enduring and client-focused relationshipsPossesses a keen eye for detail, especially with regards to visual communication and brand guidelinesIs able to work in agile and fast-paced environmentsHas excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and can multitask effectivelyMust have an interest in learning and growing, and be able to demonstrate reliability, professional conduct, and a strong work ethicWilling to move to BaliHow to Apply:If you're someone who obsesses over pixels and loves turning ideas into delightful user experiences, we’d love to meet you!Please send your resume and portfolio to jadey.huray@kreativeassembly.com and cc : angga.maha@kreativeassembly; cynthia.prayanti@kreativeassembly.comIn your application, please include a cover letter explaining why you are the right fit for this role.About the Kreative Assembly:We are building a hot & award winning Indonesian creative powerhouse that serves the world.
