Founded in 2005 in Finland, Multitude is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (MULT). We are looking for a strategic, delivery-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager to join the IT organization and lead cross-functional, cross-tribe initiatives that are critical to our business and technology roadmap. You will drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and risk management across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. You will also help improve project governance, reporting, and predictability in a scaling, fast-moving tech organization. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and bridging across product, engineering, compliance, and platform teams.
