Founded in 2005 in Finland, Multitude is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (MULT). We are looking for a strategic, delivery-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager to join the IT organization and lead cross-functional, cross-tribe initiatives that are critical to our business and technology roadmap. You will drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and risk management across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. You will also help improve project governance, reporting, and predictability in a scaling, fast-moving tech organization. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and bridging across product, engineering, compliance, and platform teams.

Your FocusPartner with Engineering and Product leadership to align delivery plans with roadmap, capacity, and strategic prioritiesEnsure proactive, transparent, and executive-ready communication to stakeholders at all levelsDefine project scope, goals, breakdown structure of deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholdersIdentify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate kick-offs, steering meetings and retrospectivesDrive cross-team alignment by facilitating dependency planning and clear ownership across tribesDefine and improve project governance models, steering formats, and reporting dashboardsMonitor project progress, track and report on KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource usageChampion continuous delivery best practices in complex environments (build/run teams, regulatory contexts)Manage external vendors, ensuring alignment with internal timelines, standards, and budgetSupport continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and lessons learnedRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar roleExcellent organizational, coordination and presentation skillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to influence without direct authority in a matrixed, agile organizationAbility to structure complex objectives, think logically, identify and frame risks and focus on prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to strategy and outcomesStress resilience, ability to generate momentum and drive resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong grasp of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban,, Prince2), and the judgment to tailor approaches based on contextFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and ability to define reporting dashboards and build status updates for senior stakeholdersExperience in leading large-scale, cross-functional technical projects in a software product organizationFamiliarity with DevOps, infrastructure, compliance, and platform workstreams is a plusExperience working with senior engineering and business leadershipExposure to regulated industries (e.
