Job Title: SurveyorDepartment: Engineering / ConstructionCompany: Muna Noor Engineering and ContractingLocation: Project Sites Across OmanSalary Range: OMR 400 – 500/monthReporting To: Site Engineer / Project ManagerJob Summary: MNEC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to support our infrastructure and utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in excavation, pipeline laying, asphalt works, and advanced surveying using Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD. A strong understanding of cross-sectional analysis and topographical mapping is highly desired. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field surveys for excavation, pipeline installation, and asphalt work in coordination with site teams.

Operate and manage Total Station, GPS, and other digital surveying equipment to collect and record accurate data. Create and interpret AutoCAD drawings and update them based on field changes. Set out and mark construction references on-site for civil works in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Prepare cross-sections, longitudinal sections, and topographical surveys. Ensure all surveying activities adhere to safety, quality, and accuracy standards. Liaise with engineers and site supervisors to relay key information on elevations, levels, and layout. Maintain clear and accurate field notes, records, and as-built drawings for project documentation.

Assist in quantity calculations, material planning, and design validation as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in construction surveying, preferably in pipeline and infrastructure projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, GPS surveying, and Total Station equipment. Knowledge of cross-section and earthwork calculations is a strong advantage. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently on-site. Good communication and coordination skills. Valid Omani driving license. Working Conditions:

Full-time, site-based role; candidate may be deployed across multiple project locations as required. May require extended hours or weekend work depending on project timelines.
