You'll tackle the big questions of modern song production: What makes a track so good you cannot skip it? How do you craft melodies that listeners won’t forget? And what sonic aspects define the up-and-coming genres of today? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:Owning the complete production pipeline from initial concept to final mixProducing original songs across genres, finetuning AI models and toolsEvaluating AI model outputs and providing quality feedback in a structured mannerManaging and guiding external producers creatively and technicallyResearching emerging audio trends and integrating new production techniquesCollaborating with our team of experienced creatives and engineersWho You AreYou're a seasoned music producer who can realize a creative vision into ready productions quickly and qualitatively. Your portfolio spans multiple genres, with a proven ability to create tracks that resonate with audiences and gain plays across streaming and social platforms. You thrive as an independent creative force, who can self-manage and is a structured professional.
