IT Business AnalystYou will be part of a small IT team that acts as an important enabler of business growth opportunities by delivering the necessary IT platforms and infrastructure.

We are responsible for managing the core application landscape that includes our ERPs (MS Dynamics Nav 2013 and Business Central), CRM (MS Dynamics 2016), Web (Optimizely), BI (Targit and POWER BI) and additional IT solutions. Our IT infrastructure is based on a hosted strategy where it is either hosted or in the cloud. We are currently in the middle of modernizing our IT landscape, where our main priorities are the implementation of Business Central to replace Nav 2013, and ensuring that all applications are connected in the right way.

Your responsibilitiesYou will play a key role in supporting and carrying out substantial parts of the analysis and monitoring of the implementation and operational activities. As part of your role in the IT team as a IT Business Analyst, you will primarily: Participate in end-to-end transformation projects by enabling collaboration between the IT department and stakeholders in our organization when required by: Establishing, updating and conveying formal documentation on our initiatives: initiation documents, business cases, business requirement documents and test cases. Coordinating (plan, delegate and follow-up) daily work in specific initiatives across analysis, design, development, test and implementation.

Reporting on progress, issues and risks in specific initiatives. Contribute to increase the maturity and develop the processes of the IT function in Muuto. Front-line business-related IT requests by our colleagues, analyze and document issues raised by the business. Take part in the daily support of the business, ensuring that the right IT resources are working on the right IT requests. Coordinate technical IT service/helpdesk requests with our hosting partner.

Your profileYou are expected to be able to apply your theoretical understanding of the intersection between Business and IT with a pragmatic approach to provide the right support for the various stakeholders in our organization: You have a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience and/or hold a university degree in ITYou have the right practical skills preferably from previous positions or student jobs in a similar role. You are humble, service-minded and able to focus on supporting your colleagues in the best possible way.

You are structured and able to communicate well with colleagues, being able to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations. You can work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. You understand that proactivity and perseverance are critical to driving transparency, progress and accuracy for IT deliverables. You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
