Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U. S. military construction projects, including cost analysis, budgeting, and project estimation.

This role is crucial in ensuring project bids are accurate and competitive, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for U. S. military construction projects in Japan. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate estimates. Collaborate with proposal managers and teams to gather and consolidate the relevant information. Conduct research to determine labor, material, and equipment costs. Assist in bid preparation and review of contractor proposals. Ensure estimates comply with all government and client regulations. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on U. S. military or government projects. Deep understanding of U. S. military construction standards, procedures, and regulations. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
