What You'll Be DoingKeeping our books in tip-top shape with daily bookkeeping responsibilitiesProcessing accounts payable like a proCrushing monthly account reconciliations while supporting quarterly and annual financial reportingOrganizing and processing expense reportsAnalyzing budgets to actuals, investigating those sneaky discrepanciesNavigating tax compliance, payments, and returns (yep, we do those too!)Handling one-off projects that level-up the internal control environmentWorking with a run-through-walls attitude to get the job doneWhat You'll BringA sharp mind and love for numbersShow up ready with strong organizational skills and attention to detail (seriously, we use a lot of spreadsheets!)A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrevious experience in bookkeeping or as a staff accountant is a plusExperience with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and a solid knowledge of various accounting platformsBonus points if you've had experience with multi-entity businesses!A collaborative spirit and the ability to explain financial stuff in plain English0-3 years of experienceMust be localPosition DetailsEntry-level, part-time roleFlexible scheduleFull-time position Hybrid/in-office expectation (Framingham, MA)Compensation:

Wimbledon Metrowest, is an impressive indoor tennis club, sitting at over 50,000 sqft and 6 full-size tennis courts, offering tennis lessons, court rentals, sports camps, and more! The Newport Venture is an investment firm that acquires and manages commercial and residential real estate throughout Newport, Rhode Island.
