As a part of my3Twelve team, you will have an opportunity to be a System Administrator while helping with IT support for our clients to deliver experiences that meet the needs of customers. My3Twelve is seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator with 2-3 years of experience in a corporate setting and who has a passion for gaming.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, and providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Implement and maintain system updates and patches Coordinating with multiple clients, balancing various tasks, and navigating competing expectations Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues and improve system performance Be front line for technical improvements, including desktop support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues Perform the IT-related tasks for the on and off-boarding process (PC build-out, dev kit setup, etc.
) Develop and own a process for managing requests including how issues are tracked, status is communicated, and resolved Identify, advocate for, and implement changes for the IT helpdesk process workflows based on requirements Work on both tactical (day-to-day) and strategic (long-term) projects Learn and implement best practices from other IT pros across organizations Lead the effort to evaluate and recommend hardware for various disciplines Document IT procedures and system configurations Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Service-minded, positive, can-do attitude Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with network administration and network security Experience with configuring Azure virtual machines Experience with ITIL process-based helpdesk system Experience with a ticketing system such as JIRA Service Desk, Autotask, Kaseya, or comparable helpdesk systems Experience with corporate environments: AAD, AD, Directory Services, ADO, SharePoint, etc.
Extensive knowledge of client hardware for setup, optimization, and troubleshooting Knowledge of authentication issues and resolutions Knowledge about basic network issues and resolutions Knowledge of printing and common issues Highly Recommended IT Operations/Engineering experience with a Game Studio Experience writing code/scripts in C# or PowerShell Experience troubleshooting client related issues in a corporate environment and the restrictions that comes with said environment Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
