We value long-term career-minded professionals that seek stability and growth. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to join our international team.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for client accounts by developing pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize outcomes. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong financial acumen, advanced Excel/analytics skills, and experience in dynamic pricing and revenue optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue across client portfolios. Conduct regular revenue and demand analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, financial models, and performance reports.

Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing and sales strategies with overall business goals. Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and industry trends to maintain competitive positioning. Create actionable recommendations from data analysis to drive client growth and profitability. Support executive leadership with insights on revenue performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within revenue management systems, CRM, and reporting tools. Lead client-facing presentations to communicate insights and recommendations. Continuously assess and improve processes, leveraging automation and best practices.

Requirements Fluent in English (C1+ Level) and comfortable working in a US Business Environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred). 3+ years' experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related field. Proven track record of optimizing revenue and profitability for a business unit, department, or client portfolio. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools. Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or revenue management software (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc. ). Exceptional communication skills in English - both written and verbal.

Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
