该职位来源于猎聘 The Director of Middle School Sales and Marketing will lead the development of strategies to establish InGenius’s middle school services, including applications to top boarding schools, in the global market and grow revenue, and collaborate with Managing Directors to deliver these strategies globally. Develop marketing plans and content, working with the local Marketing Teams for roll out. Spearhead business development efforts to establish partnerships for lead generation and sales. Work with Sales Team to ensure frontline staff have the materials and training for effective sales performance. Support frontline staff in closing sales of middle school services, as well as individually closing high priority leads. Collaborate with the Education Team on refining and building best-in-class middle school services to meet market demand Act as an internal company-wide champion and subject-matter expert for middle school service sales and marketing.
You'll be a good fit if you: Fluent Chinese and English Experience in companies catering to internationally-minded students of middle school age Knowledge of US boarding school admissions (UK or other locations would be a nice bonus) Track record of strong lead generation (via BD and marketing) Motivated to grow a nascent service line into a significant revenue generator Experience of front-line sales work Ability to work independently Ability to plan strategically Ability to work across multiple teams/locations
