In the role of Consultant, Creative Content Development, you will join the Personal Bank Marketing Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Manage the end-to-end delivery of localised marketing campaigns, events and activations and work with the team to ensure excellent outcomes and meet set targets. Brief and manage media, event and creative agencies to support campaign outcomes. Continual focus on test, learn and optimise campaigns in market.

Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and external, including NAB retail and frontline tech teams to support marketing activity in branches and expert centres. Provide marketing support to retail frontline staff through management our inbox, Marketing Shop and Market Central platforms. Ensure full compliance and governance for campaigns. Maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and ensure budget compliance. We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Proven ability to deliver effective campaigns with clear USPs to deliver to agreed targetsProven ATL, BTL and digital marketing capability inc.
